Jul 21, 2015 · The concept of Arrays in Assembly Language ! An array allows us to declare a collections of variables that referenced by a common name. Suppose you have to write a program which stores marks of 50 students. In normal way, you declare 50 variables which store the value of 50 student's marks. So instead of creating individually variables, this can be done by using Arrays.
Four of these arrays are butted together two-by-two into one microshutter device. Photo: NASA Prior to an observation, each individual microshutter is opened or closed when a magnetic arm sweeps past, depending on whether or not it receives an electrical signal that tells it to be opened or closed.
A "DS 5" is not by any means an "array". It's just 5 bytes of space in what ever memoryspace you defined it in. Generally, to access *anything* from an assembly program, you have to give it a name, i.e. a "label": myNameForThisThing: DS 5 will do that. If, e.g. this definition were in an XRAM segment, you would access its bytes like this:
The magnet assembly may be referred to as a magnetic array in user interface tools. Mounting the instrument vertically, with the vent at the bottom of the assembly, or horizontally, with the vent pointing down, is recommended to allow drainage of moisture that may be introduced via the instrument air supply.
Jan 27, 2013 · Arrays are a foundational data structure in almost every low level language. Every array has a base address, usually denoted by the name of the array, and contains N items. Each of these items has associated a growing index, ranging from 0 to N-1 or 1 to N. Using the base address and the index we can access an item of the array.
