I filled this with 20kg of pool salt. I've got enough room to progressively overload the Jordan sandbag and my duffle, so these new toys will grow with me. I'm adding the sandbag movements into my daily training as warmups/finishers, and for my one day a week HIIT session. My OLAD programme is morphing into a OMAD (one movement a day).
